Pricing FAQ

What counts toward the free-tier £5,000/month limit?+

Every donation processed through Givr on the church's Stripe account. It rolls over on the 1st of each month and is stored in iCloud KV so it survives app reinstalls.

Do I pay the 2% performance fee if HMRC rejects my claim?+

No. The 2% is only charged on Gift Aid HMRC has actually paid to the church. Rejected claims cost you nothing.

Is there a contract?+

No. Cancel your subscription any time from Settings. Your Stripe Connect account and all your donor data stay yours.

Do you take a cut of the donation itself?+

Only the platform fee shown above (1% / 0.5% / 0.35% depending on tier), which covers Stripe processing. Nothing else.
